There are generally four people involved on the home buyers’ side of the transaction. The real estate agent, mortgage lender, closing attorney and the… INSURANCE AGENT. Unfortunately, we are usually the last to know that the transaction is happening until it becomes urgent for the lender or in some cases even the day of or before closing! While we can get it done, this does not allow us to do our best work for you. In order to ensure that we are providing you with the best possible policy for your new home your best bet is to contact us the moment you go under contract.
